Lily Pad's orders are processed Tuesday to Friday.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. For rural delivery allow an extra 1-3 days.
Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.
All deliveries within New Zealand are sent on a signature required service using New Zealand Post. All orders are shipped via traceable courier. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you for your reference.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. The Junction cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the chosen courier service.

Standard Rural Delivery within New Zealand - $16.00**

**These shipping rates apply to any item that fits in an A3 courier bag. Any package over the size of an A3 courier bag or over the weight of 2kgs is considered oversized and will incur an additional shipping charge. We will be in direct contact with you to advise of the cost if this is the case. Prices are subject to change due to increasing costs.
International Delivery - please call or email the store for worldwide shipping rates so we can sort a quote for you.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All shipments are sent via traceable method with signature required upon delivery. If for any reason you wish to have signature required removed from your order, please note this in the shipping instructions of your order at checkout. By requesting this service be removed, you are acknowledging that The Junction is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders and that your order will not be covered by insurance.
When receiving a consignment that may be torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage. Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from The Junction to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Lily Pad to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Your credit or debit card will be charged in NZ Dollars. The amount on your bank statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company on the day your account is debited. Note that the rate applied by your bank may not be the exact rate as stated on the site’s currency converter at the time of purchase.
Customs and import duties are charged when your items reach their destination. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the costs will be as import duties and customs policies are different in each country.
